I'm watching American Blackout on TVOne. I had seen small snippets of this documentary but had never watched it fully. The story is amazing and heart-breaking at the same time. It talks about the issues related to voting for the presidential elections of 2000 and more recently 2004. What made my eyes pop out of my head and tears roll down my face was the focus on Ohio. Better yet Columbus, Ohio? That's me!! What's going on in Columbus?
Oliver Stone is making a movie on George W. Bush!

Yes, Yes, Yes, you read correctly. Oliver Stone has finished production on the movie simply titled "W." -- pronounced dub-ya. It is set to hit movie theatres this fall, October 2008 right before the 2008 presidential elections. It is starring Josh Brolin (No Country for Old Men) as George W. Bush.

Oliver Stone has made movies about U.S. presidents in the past such as JFK (1991) and Nixon (1995).
No matter if you love him or hate him, I'm sure you'll be in theatres this coming October.
